Jeff Emmett fdf1aba09e Improve responsive design for all devices 
Fix nav overflow with 8 links, add proper mobile hamburger menu with
scrollable dropdown, collapse all grids at correct breakpoints, tighten
spacing on mobile, prevent horizontal overflow, and improve touch targets.

Complete content overhaul with new Über mich bio, Angebot, Behandlung steps,
Coaching, Selbstheilung/Quantenheilung info sections, and 7 testimonials.
Location updated to Pimunt 271, Scuol. Phone number added. Docker hardened.
