Jeff Emmett 95d82bac4f Update deck, website photos, and self-host flipbook 
- Rebuild deck.html with re-cropped images, larger fonts, new photos
  (cultural-design, story-family, housing-prototype, interconnected-narrative)
- Slide layout improvements: split layouts for slides 3, 5, 8; better spacing
- Replace "The Home Within" section photos with updated deck versions
- Self-host flipbook: iframe now points to /deck.html instead of external service
- Update Dockerfile to serve deck.html
