Description

Improve the Markdown tool user experience with better scrollbar behavior and collapsible toolbar.

Changes Implemented:

• Scrollbar is now vertical only (no horizontal scrollbar)
• Scrollbar auto-hides when not needed
• Added minimize/expand button for the formatting toolbar
• Full editing area uses available space

Acceptance Criteria

• #1 Scrollbar is vertical only
• #2 Scrollbar hides when not needed
• #3 Toolbar has minimize/expand toggle
• #4 Full window is editing area
