Add backlog with Round 3 update tasks

Initialize backlog for WORLDPLAY Website with 18 completed tasks:
- Content updates (floating concepts, URLs, descriptions)
- Form improvements (multi-select contribute field)
- New pages (financial transparency)
- Bug fixes (header links, floating cards, gradients)
- Infrastructure (auto-deploy, Dockerfile, favicon)

All tasks marked as Done.
