Subject: [PATCH] Fix (com)Post-Capitalism naming and reorder sections

- Fix heading and button to "(com)Post-Capitalism" (not "(Com)post Capitalism")
- Move (com)Post-Capitalism section before Post-Capitalist Alternatives
- Remove redundant (com) prefix from Alternatives section heading
