Jeff Emmett	52ba999dda	feat: add rApp-style header with AppSwitcher and SpaceSwitcher dropdowns ... Matches the shared header pattern used across rWork, rMaps, and other rApps. AppSwitcher shows all 19 r* ecosystem apps grouped by category. SpaceSwitcher allows switching between rSwag spaces (e.g. Fungi Flows).
