Jeff Emmett b2fbe7ded4 fix(rsocials): postiz sweep skips nodes with any postizStatus set ... Earlier version only skipped when postizPostId was set. If a send attempt failed (no postizPostId but postizStatus='failed'), the sweep retried every 60s and hammered Postiz's throttler.
