Jeff Emmett f26f7e14bd fix(sw): bump cache version to v6 to flush stale cached 301 redirect ... The old service worker cached the root URL (/) as a 301→/rcal during the standaloneDomain misconfiguration. Bumping the SW cache version forces a full cache purge on next activation, clearing the stale redirect for all users.
