Jeff Emmett 0d8d42c49e fix(rcal): distinguish pinch-zoom from scroll-pan on calendar ... Trackpad pinch (ctrlKey wheel) zooms granularity, two-finger scroll navigates the timeline forward/backward instead of zooming.
