Jeff Emmett 690e4dedb4 refactor: consolidate space settings — both gear icons open same tabbed modal ... Remove rstack-space-settings slide-out panel. Enhance the existing tabbed modal in rstack-space-switcher with add-member (username search + email invite) and pending email invites (with revoke).
