Jeff Emmett 4afce2dc37 Add sample splats + photo/video upload pipeline for rSplat ... Seed gallery with real Bonsai and Nike Shoe splat scenes from Hugging Face, replacing the synthetic Rainbow Sphere. Add photo/video upload endpoint (POST /api/splats/from-media) with processing status tracking for future COLMAP + OpenSplat generation.
