Jeff Emmett b2347ec418 feat: per-rApp inline config + module-aware settings panel ... Add <rstack-module-setup> component for inline module configuration (replaces static "Not Configured" instructions). Enhance settings gear panel to show the current module's settingsSchema at the top. Pass module-id through shell rendering and tab-cache switching.
