Jeff Emmett 0db5addc17 fix(rdesign): switch to StreamableHTTP transport, fix KiCad Python path ... SSE transport crashes on concurrent connections (supergateway single-session limit). StreamableHTTP supports multiple sessions. Also set KICAD_PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3 for existsSync validation and install missing requests package.
