Move <rstack-space-settings> outside the header element so its position:fixed
is relative to the viewport instead of the 56px header (backdrop-filter creates
a containing block for fixed descendants). Bump panel z-index above all canvas

The bare-domain rewrite (rspace.online/rsocials/thread → /demo/rsocials/thread)
injected /demo/ into __BASE_PATH__, causing fetches to /demo/rsocials/api/threads
which triggered a 301 redirect to http://demo.rspace.online (mixed content blocked).
Now derives the base path from the actual browser URL. Also fixed layout so compose
input is on the left and thread preview is on the right.

The space role middleware was blocking all POST/PUT requests from
unauthenticated users with a 403, preventing the thread builder's
save draft and share buttons from working. Added publicWrite module
flag to bypass the role check for modules with public API endpoints.
Also fixed saveDraft() to properly surface server errors.

Replace rectangular funnel nodes with tapered SVG containers featuring
overflow lip notches on left/right sides and a narrow spending outflow
at the bottom. Funnels scale logarithmically by monthly funding rate.
Double-click enters inline edit mode with draggable threshold markers
(min/max/sufficient), editable labels via foreignObject, and a compact
toolbar (Done/Delete/... panel fallback). Single click now selects only.
Overflow edges route from side ports with horizontal bezier curves that
create a natural "spilling over" visual before curving to targets.

Sequential document loading during init() was the main bottleneck: each cached
doc required a serial IDB read + key derivation + decryption + Automerge.load.
With N documents this meant N× single-doc latency instead of 1×.

The folk-graph-viewer component was never calling /api/graph — it only
fetched /api/workspaces and /api/info, leaving nodes/edges empty for
non-demo spaces. Now loadData() fetches the graph endpoint and maps
server field names (label→name, works_at→work_at) to match the client
interface. Force layout and org colors are now dynamic instead of
hardcoded for 3 demo orgs.

Edge widths now reflect actual dollar flow (source rates, overflow excess,
spending drain) instead of just allocation percentages. Zero-flow paths
render as ghost edges. Edge labels show dollar amounts alongside percentages.
Funnel nodes display an inflow satisfaction bar showing how much of their
expected inflow is actually arriving. Outcome progress bars enhanced to 8px
with dollar labels.

All modules had getApiBase() matching wrong module names (e.g. /vote
instead of /rvote) and requiring /{space}/ prefix in the URL path.
On subdomains like jeff.rspace.online, the browser URL is /rfunds/...
not /jeff/rfunds/..., so the regex never matched.
New pattern: /^(\/[^/]+)?\/rmodule/ handles both:
- Subdomain: /rfunds/... → base = /rfunds
- Direct: /demo/rfunds/... → base = /demo/rfunds

Replace bare contenteditable divs with a full Tiptap editor (vanilla JS,
no React) inside the <folk-notes-app> web component. Adds formatting
toolbar (bold/italic/underline/strike/code, heading dropdown, lists,
blockquote, code block, link/image insert, undo/redo), slash command
menu (/ at start of empty block), syntax-highlighted code blocks via
lowlight, and task list checkboxes.
Zone-based rendering keeps the editor DOM persistent across re-renders.
Content stored as Tiptap JSON in the existing Automerge content field
with a new contentFormat discriminator. Legacy HTML notes auto-migrate
on first edit. Remote sync updates applied without cursor disruption.

The rspace module was serving raw canvas.html as a standalone page
(bypassing renderShell) because canvas-module.html didn't exist.
This meant navigating to rspace caused a full page replacement with
no shared shell, tabs, or TabCache support — appearing to open in a
"new window."
Now extracts body content, styles, and scripts from canvas.html at
startup (stripping the duplicate shell chrome) and renders through
renderShell like every other module. This makes rspace fully
interoperable with the tab system and TabCache.

rProviders (providers.mycofi.earth) is a separate project — removed
module registration, app switcher entry, tab bar badge, canvas embed
button, Traefik router, and standalone config. rSwag domain updated
from swag.mycofi.earth to rswag.online across all references.

Every module except canvas was using renderIframeShell() to embed standalone
domains (rdata.online, rwork.online, etc.) via iframe. None of these domains
had independent deployments — they routed back to the same container, causing
infinite redirect loops or 404s.
Now all 22 modules render their web components directly inside renderShell(),
eliminating cross-origin failures, iframe loading spinners, and ~820 lines
of dead code. Standalone domain requests are internally rewritten to module
routes instead of 301 redirecting.
- Remove renderIframeShell(), renderStandaloneShell(), IframeShellOptions
- Remove keepStandalone set; rewrite standalone domains internally
- Convert all module GET / handlers to renderShell + <folk-*> components
- Delete 20 standalone.ts entry points (circular/broken)

Tabs now persist in localStorage across page navigations so opening
a new rApp adds it alongside existing tabs instead of replacing them.
Iframe shell shows a loading spinner with 12s timeout and error panel
when standalone apps are unreachable. Converts rSwag to iframe shell.

Add the missing tab bar to the canvas page so users can switch between
rApp layers (with full CommunitySync persistence). Add an "rApps"
toolbar group that embeds any of the 18 remaining modules as interactive
iframes directly on the canvas. Switch all module page routes to
renderIframeShell, loading standalone domains inside the unified shell.

Introduces the full layer/tab architecture for rSpace — each rApp becomes
a layer in a vertical stack with typed flows (economic, trust, data,
attention, governance, resource) connecting them.
New components:
- rstack-tab-bar: tab bar with flat/stack view toggle, drag reorder,
drag-to-connect flow creation with kind/label/strength dialog
- folk-feed: canvas shape that pulls live data from other layers with
bidirectional write-back (edit items inline, push changes to source API)
- layer-types: Layer, LayerFlow, FlowKind types and color palette
Automerge schema extended with layers, flows, activeLayerId, layerViewMode.
CommunitySync gains 11 new methods for layer/flow CRUD.
Feed definitions added to 10 modules (funds, notes, vote, choices, wallet,
data, work, network, trips, canvas) with typed feeds and acceptsFeeds.
RSpaceModule interface extended with FeedDefinition and acceptsFeeds.

Header consistency:
- Fix 52px → 56px header height in 7 module CSS files (pubs, funds,
providers, books, swag, choices, cart)
- Remove custom header background overrides in books.css and pubs.css
- All pages now use the same 3-section header layout: left (app/space
switchers), center (mi), right (identity)
- Add <rstack-mi> to all 4 standalone HTML pages (index, admin,

- New <rstack-mi> web component with search input "Ask mi anything..."
- Dropdown panel with streaming chat UI, typing indicator, markdown

Notebook detail view now subscribes to Automerge docs instead of REST,
enabling real-time sync across tabs. Note creation and editing use
Automerge.change() with debounced sync. REST fallback after 5s timeout.
Notebook list and search remain REST-based.

The light theme was causing the header bar to render with a white
background, clashing with the dark-themed module content underneath.

rfunds.online now shows a landing page with TBFF info and flow list
instead of the river demo. The river is one tab in a 3-tab flow detail
view (Table | River | Transactions).
- Add folk-funds-app.ts: main app component with landing + detail views
- Extract mapFlowToNodes to shared lib/map-flow.ts
- Simplify folk-budget-river.ts to pure renderer (no API fetching)

Seed gallery with real Bonsai and Nike Shoe splat scenes from Hugging Face,
replacing the synthetic Rainbow Sphere. Add photo/video upload endpoint
(POST /api/splats/from-media) with processing status tracking for future
COLMAP + OpenSplat generation. Gallery now shows upload mode toggle
(splat file vs photos/video) and processing status overlays on cards.
