evaluateSpaceAccess and authenticateWSUpgrade were calling the SDK
without the secret option, forcing remote verification. Also adds
auth header to rpubs editor generate fetch (was getting 401 on
private spaces).

design language: circular step indicators with checkmarks, SVG stroke icons on all
buttons, card-based publish panel with teal accent colors, pricing tier cards,

The editor used calc(100vh - 92px) which only accounted for header+tab
row, but the rpubs sub-nav (~48px) pushed the Generate Preview button
below the fold. Now uses calc(100vh - 140px).

The editor used calc(100vh - 52px) but the shell has a 56px header +
36px tab row = 92px total. This pushed "Generate Preview" below the
fold. Also adds min-height on flipbook preview container.

Restructures the editor from a cramped sidebar layout to a full-width stepped wizard,
matching the rpubs.online/press UX. Format and drafts moved to toolbar dropdowns,
auto-advances to preview after PDF generation.

Add shared ViewHistory<V> utility class that provides a proper navigation
stack for rApps with hierarchical views. Replaces hardcoded data-back
targets with stack-based back navigation across 10 rApps: rtrips, rmaps,
rtasks, rforum, rphotos, rvote, rnotes, rinbox, rschedule, rcart.
Rename rWork module to rTasks — directory, component (folk-tasks-board),
CSS, exports, domains, and all cross-module references updated.

Wire rPubs editor to the shared local-first runtime so multiple users
can co-author publications in real time. Drafts persist to IndexedDB
and sync via WebSocket automatically.
- New schemas.ts with PubsDoc schema and pubsDocId helper
- Editor connects to runtime, discovers/creates drafts
- Debounced content sync (800ms) with cursor preservation
- Title/author/format metadata sync between collaborators
- Draft list sidebar with create/switch functionality

All 22 module directories under modules/ now match their module IDs
(e.g. modules/cart → modules/rcart, modules/canvas → modules/rspace).
Updated all import paths, vite build config, HTML template asset refs,
docker-compose standalone commands, and .gitignore accordingly.
