Jeff Emmett 7420228ce9 feat: add Mermaid diagram generator canvas tool + share panel role selector 
- Add folk-mermaid-gen web component: AI-powered diagram generation via
  Ollama, client-side SVG preview via mermaid.js, animated GIF export via
  mermaid.rspace.online API
- Register in canvas tools, toolbar, and shape registry
- Add role selector dropdown to share panel invite form (backend already
  supports role parameter)
- Fix pre-existing TS errors: SankeyNode missing address field,
  SpaceMember type mismatch in WebSocket auth fallback

Jeff Emmett f5b455f83c feat(rpubs): port full feature parity from rpubs-online 
Flipbook preview (pdf.js + StPageFlip), saddle-stitch imposition
(pdf-lib), DIY print guides, email PDF, printer discovery (curated
+ OSM Overpass), rCart order/batch integration, publish panel with
Share/DIY/Order tabs. 5 new API routes, 6 new files.

Jeff Emmett 275a613624 feat: add Playwright E2E test suite for all 25 rApps 
Comprehensive smoke tests covering every module, landing pages, auth flows,
navigation, API endpoints, and shell UI — across Chromium, Firefox, and
mobile Chrome. 147 tests, all green against production.

Jeff Emmett 8efe18280c feat: consolidate domains, install deps, fix EncryptID types 
- TASK-24: Install h3-js, @xterm/xterm, @xterm/addon-fit
- TASK-51.3: Remove app switcher external link arrows, update
  ridentity.online UI links to /rids paths
- TASK-51.4: Prune allowedOrigins (~30 → 16), simplify JWT aud
  to 'rspace.online', remove standalone domains from webauthn,
  update EncryptID HTML template links. Keep ridentity.online as
  canonical EncryptID/OIDC domain.
- Fix EncryptIDClaims type: add username, did fields; update aud
  type to string | string[] — resolves pre-existing TS error
- TASK-12: Update backlog status (80% code-complete, blocked on
  security audit)
- Backlog task updates for TASK-25/37/40/44, new TASK-110

Jeff Emmett c049d7e8df feat(rcart): QR code payment requests with self-service generator 
Add shareable QR payment system to rCart:
- PaymentRequestDoc schema with amountEditable support
- Payment API routes (create, list, get, update, QR SVG, Transak session)
- folk-payment-page: 3-tab payer view (Card/Wallet/EncryptID passkey)
- folk-payment-request: self-service QR generator with passkey auth
- Payments tab in folk-cart-shop for managing requests
- Extract Transak utils to shared/transak.ts (used by rFlows + rCart)

Routes: /:space/rcart/request (generator), /:space/rcart/pay/:id (payer)

Jeff Emmett 346b406b80 fix: switch all module shell themes from light to dark 
The light theme was causing the header bar to render with a white
background, clashing with the dark-themed module content underneath.
All modules and both shell renderers now default to dark theme.

Jeff Emmett 12818b4689 Wire real auth and backends into all 21 rSpace modules 
- Auth: 10 modules now use EncryptID token verification on write
  routes (vote, inbox, forum, files, notes, work, cal, trips,
  cart, providers). All POST/PUT/DELETE without valid token → 401.
- Tube: S3Client for Cloudflare R2 bucket (upload, streaming, range)
- Data: Umami analytics proxy (stats, active, tracker, events)
- Wallet: Safe Global API proxy with 12 chains + cache headers
- Network: Twenty CRM GraphQL client (people, companies, graph)
- Maps: sync-url endpoint for WebSocket connection
- Inbox: background IMAP sync worker (30s poll via ImapFlow)
- Forum: provisioner already wired (Hetzner + Cloudflare + cloud-init)
- Config: .gitignore fix, docker-compose env vars + rmail network,
  added @aws-sdk/client-s3, imapflow, mailparser deps
