feat(rschedule): add local-first-client.ts for standalone sync
Wraps existing Automerge schemas with DocumentManager/DocSyncManager for direct client-side sync. CRUD methods for jobs, reminders, workflows, and execution log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
