fix(spaces): redirect to subdomain URL after space creation 

Create-space form redirected to /{slug}/rspace which 404s on subdomain
hosts (jeff.rspace.online/mycofi/rspace → rewritten to /jeff/mycofi/rspace).
Now redirects to https://{slug}.rspace.online/rspace.
