Jeff Emmett 643c9da192 fix: add Elasticsearch to p2pf and bcrg for Temporal visibility 
Temporal's SQLite visibility store has a 3 Text search attribute limit,
which causes the Postiz backend to crash on startup. Adding Elasticsearch
7.17.24 (matching cc's config) resolves this for both spaces.
