Jeff Emmett ad74b2b55f Fix noVNC studio: add index.html redirect to vnc.html ... Websockify serves directory listing at / by default. Added an index.html with meta-refresh to vnc.html?autoconnect=true&resize=scale. Removed unnecessary redirect middleware.
