Add Docker deployment for Netcup/Traefik, replace Vercel hosting
- Dockerfile with multi-stage build (deps → build → standalone runner)
- docker-compose.yml with Traefik labels for draw.jeffemmett.com
- Enable Next.js standalone output mode for Docker
