Fix CI: skip native scripts during npm ci to prevent OOM
CI/CD / test (push) Successful in 1m26s Details

node-pty native compilation during npm ci uses excessive memory.
Using --ignore-scripts since tests and build don't need native
modules. Removed python3/make/g++ from install step.
